I would like to quickly write in and thank my Property Agent, Darrel Mok, for helping me step by step in the purchase of my dream home. From the start, Darrel had been very patient in the way he handled the entire process; this is my first property purchase so there were many potholes that I was unaware of that he helped to smooth out.

Darrel distinguished himself not only in giving great advise before I even asked the questions but also in giving very frank and unbiased opinions re: the properties we were viewing. He was not an agent looking to "close the deal asap" but to really give his customers a full service treatment that gave us the confidence in what we were about to purchase. Without his expertise, professionalism and advise, I doubt I would have had the confidence to have bought the private apartment. If there is another opportunity for me to buy another property, Darrel will be my "Go To Agent".

Darrel has been a delight to work with when I was purchasing the property and even after purchasing the property. I can always rely on his immediate assistance regardless of day and time. Great props to Darrel!
